Vladimir Fedorchuk, B.A., LL.B.

Criminal Defence Lawyer in Toronto and GTA

I represent individuals charged with criminal offences in the Greater Toronto Area and other parts of Ontario.

I completed my B.A. at York University in Toronto with a major in psychology and graduated from Windsor University Law School. I am a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario. I am also a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association. I was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 after I completed my articling in the area of criminal defence law. I have been working as criminal defence lawyer ever since.

I appear on behalf of my clients in all levels of the courts of criminal jurisdiction in Ontario. I am committed to serving Ontarians from all cultural and socio-economic backgrounds by providing high quality legal representation. I am fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian languages.

I am also committed to making legal representation available to low-income individuals by accepting clients with Legal Aid certificates issued through the Ontario Legal Aid certificate system.

This website was designed to provide some basic information about the workings of the Canadian criminal justice system. If you have a specific question about a situation you are involved in, please contact me to schedule a consultation.
